Create a batch file for this and run it by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator".
To create a batch file named myPrint.bat open notepad and type in the following:
net use lpt1: /delete /y
NET USE LPT1: \\RAP-PC\F300 /PERSISTENT:YES
Save the file as myPrint.bat and run it by right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator". Test at command prompt
First line delete and free LPT1. Second line
If the user is protected by password then use the following command
NET USE LPT1: \\computer\printer /PERSISTENT:YES /USER:userid thePassword.
